Employer Paid Groups of 2 to 9 Employees may choose between three standard prepaid plans and an indemnity dental plan called California Dental Network's Indemnity Plan 1. Groups may give their employees the choice, by offering them both a prepaid and the indemnity plan in what is called a dual choice option, as long as at least 2 employees select the indemnity dental plan.
